There is an issue that northrend is flagged as flyable, even if you do not have cold weather flying, that is the reason that I put in the shift-modifier, which will always summon the ground mount.

Maximize your healing stream. This will equip your Healing Staff (Nightstaff of the Everliving), cast Healing Stream then equip your dual wield weapons or for increased effect it will cast strength totem (for spelldamage from talents) and wrath of air to maximize the healing stream. It ticks for 62 hp selfbuffed instead of 18, for me.
